The majority of the cases we handle work on a contingency fee contract - that is to say we don't get paid until and only if we obtain a financial recovery for our client. The exact contingency amount works out to a specific percentage of the total recovery and will vary from case to case. Out of pocket disbursements also come out of the total recovery. We will finalize all expected financial details with you so you are clear on what your estimated costs will be and the method of our remuneration
