Class Action
What is a Class Action?
A Class Action, in law, is a court procedure in which one or more claimants represent a larger group of people who are all making the same kind of claim against the same defendant. The court's decision is binding on all the members of the group, subject to a class member's right to opt out and proceed with his or her claim individually.
