Rubber Chemicals

This class action alleges that the Defendants unlawfully conspired to fix, increase, and/or maintain prices in the market for Rubber Chemicals.

The Plaintiffs allege that between July 1, 1995 and December 31, 2001, the Defendants participated in illegal and secretive meetings and made arrangements relating to price targets, specific price increases, and market share divisions for Rubber Chemicals.

Rubber Chemicals are used in the production of various rubber products.

Claim forms are available online at www.nptca.com or by calling 1-866-432-5534. Claim forms may be completed electronically at www.nptca.com but all supporting documentation should be sent to the Claims Administrator by regular mail, to the address noted on the Claim Form. The Claim Form together with the required supporting documentation must be submitted to the Claims Administrator by October 31, 2006.
