Errin Poyner attended the University of British Columbia and graduated with a B.A. in honours English, ranking first in the faculty. She attended the University of Victoria Law School, where she was the editor of the Appeal Law Review, and graduated in 1997.
Errin was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1998. She practices mainly in the areas of class action, personal injury and commercial litigation. She has practiced with Poyner Baxter LLP since 2009.
