Ex-British Coal Miners and Their Families

Poyner Baxter is handling claims on behalf of Ex-British Coalminers and their dependents who now live in Canada and the United States. If the miner has experienced respiratory complications and or industrial deafness as a result of his employment with British Coal Mines between 1954 and 1970, he and his dependents may be eligible for compensation provided by the British Government.
